I’d like to tell you a story. It’s about WHY I do what I do, and why I’d like to help YOU achieve an easier and more automated way to manage your own marketing agency in 2019.
Over the last year, I have really started ramping up my marketing agency, Launch Ninjas. With a simple goal of being able to manage it from anywhere in the world and make a predictable, recurring income with clients that I like.
Plus, I want to be able to do this with very little overhead, using tools to automate the lead generation process, and outsourcing the fulfillment to professional companies and service providers.
Being a marketer and serial-entrepreneur, usually means that you are also a "good buyer" and believe that you are the best one for the job.
And in my case, I am a “great buyer” and believe I can do almost all the work myself (if I just had the right tools).

You see, I’ve been busy over the last few years being a “great buyer” of almost every new IM product that has hit the JVZoo market. Especially if they were claiming they would make my life easier, make my social posts go viral, find new leads for me on autopilot, rank my website in 60 seconds or less, make my sales double in the next 30 days, and my marketing business would virtually run itself...
Am I getting close?
After years of buying into this sales pitch, which I’m guilty myself of using this hypnotic sales copy in my own offers. I found that I was busy trying to get all these IM tools working together and then later discovering that many of them were not working as promised (still in beta), I needed the OTO 2, the training was awful, or in most cases the IM promoter was off to another "Product of the Day" launch.
I was getting frustrated with the daily onslaught of product launches that were going to be the cure of the day and solve all my marketing issues.
So, over the last few months, I've stopped buying most of these IM tools and went back to the basics. Learning which of these tools work and which ones I will use going forward. With that said, I know there are some great products and promoters out there and I’ll be demonstrating their products during my 12 Days of Christmas special.
I also asked several friends that work at marketing agencies what they use and WHY?
What I discovered about agencies really astounded me...
With these bullet points in mind, while keeping my goals in focus, I started researching some of the most popular CRMs, Design tools, and Project Management systems that were both online, affordable, and scalable as my company grows.
I also wanted to find companies and service partners that I can eventually use for fulfillment.
What I’m going to share during the 12 Days of Christmas are 12 videos tips of tools and strategies that I have found to be the easiest ways to streamline my content marketing and social posting.
There is a lot more to cover than I could do in the 12 days, but I’ll save that for another time.
